Series started out OK but has not improved. I will continue reading the series and hope that it improves.
.. then a stable of cats ... He alone stopped Rommel , Guderian, killed 5.000- Germans ...just silly and ridiculous ! Not recommendet !
I read the whole series. They’re a little on the rediculous side. But I enjoyed the series. Was pretty much what I was looking for.
There are a few weird typos in each book.
Once again, I can not put the amount of joy I receive from reading the Combined Operations books. If you want a novel that keeps getting better and better, purchase this novel. It's WW2 battles, which make you appreciate the sacrifices which were made on both sides of the battlefield.
Great book lots of action. Reading this book was like being there. The action and story were so real you could not put the book down. Combined operations is the best series of all. Waiting for the next one.
The theater is the British invasion in Normand during WW ll The object was to take Antwerp. It was the first time the British came in contact with the tiger tank.
They knew the weaknesses of the tank, it's great fuel consumption and the terrain was not very suitable for tanks.
This is the 9th in this series of Combined Operations and I have read them all and want more ! The action is described an such a way that you feel you are there. Well written and the characters are all part of the story line and you get caught up in the action and can't put the kindle down.
